Zelqo LIFE reads the files you give it (screenshots, PDFs, schedules, notes), finds what matters and helps you get organized: a plan for your week, alerts and an assistant.

• You must be at least 15 years old.
• Give accurate information and keep your password to yourself: you're responsible for what happens in your account.
• One account is for one person.

Your files stay yours. You only allow us to store and process them, including through our AI provider, for the sole purpose of running the service for you.

Only add content you have the right to use, and nothing illegal.

Zelqo LIFE can make mistakes. Check important information (exam dates, deadlines, amounts) against your original documents: every item links back to its source. Zelqo LIFE doesn't replace professional advice and never changes your calendar without your action.

• A few analyses are free to try; after that, a plan is needed.
• Prices are shown before you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe.
• Plans are monthly and renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time in Billing: you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Upgrades apply right away and you pay the difference for the current period; downgrades credit the difference to your next invoice.
• If a payment fails, access may be suspended after a short grace period.
• Your consumer rights, including any right of withdrawal, are not affected.

• Don't try to reach other people's data or get around your plan's limits.
• Don't use bots to overload or copy the service.
• Don't use Zelqo LIFE for anything illegal.

We work to keep Zelqo LIFE available and reliable, but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. The product evolves; if an important change affects you, we'll tell you in advance.

You can delete your account at any time from Account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after warning you unless it's urgent.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damage. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

These terms are governed by French law. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. Questions? jiji3107@icloud.com.
