Privacy policy

Zelqo LIFE is operated by CHAMBON, the controller of your data. You can reach us at jiji3107@icloud.com.

• Your account: your email, your first name if you give it, and your password, stored only as an irreversible hash. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive that account's identifier and your email.
• What you give us: the screenshots, PDFs, text and notes you add, and the questions you ask the assistant.
• What Zelqo derives from them: events, deadlines, tasks, memories, plans and insights, each linked to the file it came from.
• Your settings: language, time zone, the hours of your day, work time per day, focus areas.
• Billing: your plan, its status, amounts and dates. Payment goes through Stripe: we never see or store your card number.
• Security: your sign-in sessions (device type, browser, IP address), to show you where you're signed in and protect your account.
• Product analytics: funnel events (such as "signup completed") and the campaign that brought you here. On public pages, the analytics identifier is only saved on your device after you agree.

• To run Zelqo LIFE: understand your files, build your plan, answer your questions (performance of our contract).
• To protect your account and the service: sessions, rate limits, abuse detection (legitimate interest).
• To bill your plan and keep our accounts (contract and legal obligation).
• To improve the product with analytics (your consent on public pages; legitimate interest once you're signed in, never for advertising).
• To send the emails you need, such as password resets (contract).

To be analyzed, your files and questions are sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, which processes them on our behalf. We only send what each request needs.

Before photos are stored, they are re-encoded: location and camera details are removed.

Zelqo LIFE never changes your calendar on its own: a change only happens when you press a button. AI can make mistakes; every piece of information links back to its source so you can check it.

We don't sell your personal data, and Zelqo LIFE uses no advertising trackers. We rely on providers that process data on our behalf, only to run the service:

• Vercel, our host, which also stores your files, and Supabase, for the database: your files and database are stored in Ireland (European Union);
• Anthropic, for file analysis and the assistant;
• Stripe, for payments and invoices;
• Resend, for emails;
• Google or Apple, only if you choose to sign in with them.

Some of these providers process data outside the European Union (for example in the United States). These transfers rely on the safeguards each provider offers, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

• Your account and everything in it: until you delete it.
• A file: until you delete it, alone or with everything learned from it.
• Sign-in sessions: they expire after 30 days without use.
• Product analytics events: deleted after 13 months.
• Invoices: as long as accounting law requires, even after your account is deleted, with no link to your account.

• Access and portability: Account → Download my data, one JSON file with everything we have.
• Correction: Settings, or directly on any task, event or memory.
• Deletion: delete a file, a memory, or your whole account from Account → Delete my account.
• Objection and withdrawing consent: the banner on public pages lets you refuse analytics.
• Complaints: you can contact your country's data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

• Essential: the session cookie that keeps you signed in, and the one that remembers the language you picked.
• Analytics: on public pages, an identifier is only saved after you agree.
• Preferences: light or dark theme is remembered on your device only.

• Everything travels over HTTPS.
• Your files are in private storage, only reachable through your account.
• Passwords are hashed; sessions can be revoked from Account.
• Every request is limited to your own account's data: another user can't reach it.
• Payments are confirmed by signed notifications from Stripe, never by your browser.

Zelqo LIFE is not intended for children under 15.

If this policy changes in an important way, we'll tell you in the app before the change applies.
